In 1995, MPB Communications provided their first generation of high-power boosters and quantum-limited noise-figure EDFAs for long-haul, unrepeatered telecom systems. Today, MPB has continued its spirit of innovation, addressing the demands of metropolitan network architectures for versatile, compact, low cost amplifiers.
